Yappy empowers teams to win large complex deals through Decision Chain Influence™ - aligning the right stakeholders at the right moment. Our team and software platform deliver results for complex business challenges.
Our Mission
Enterprise deals are won or lost in the dark funnel — the moments between outreach and decision that most tools never touch. That’s where Yappy operates.

These values aren't just on the walls at our office. They are used to reward and recognize team members. They are everything you can expect to experience when working with us, and what guides us in working with companies who share similar values.
For over a decade, Yappy has been driving measurable results for hundreds of customers.
Yappy is led by Kohen Grogan — named 40 under 40 at 28 and a 'Rising tech star to watch' by Virgin Australia Magazine. Kohen transformed Yappy from a $2K garage startup into a multi-million-dollar scale up.
Having conducted PhD-level research on generative audiences and communication disruption, Kohen is also a sought-after speaker for organisations such as KPMG, The CEO Summit, EO and Westrac Cat.
Kohen has served as a non-executive director and advisor for Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Edith Cowan University, and Classroom of Hope. He is committed to donating the majority of his personal wealth to making lasting impact in health, education, hunger and environmental causes.

Yappy is not only focused on driving significant impact for our clients, but through philanthropic giving. We're committed to positive impact in the spaces of health, hunger, education and environmental protection.
Our employees are given two paid volunteer days per year. In addition, we do group charity projects as a company. Yappy giving back initiatives have included: pro-bono work for charities to drive donations for fundraising, supporting Classroom for Hope by building schools in Lombok, Indonesia with recycled materials, and sponsoring scholarship programs for various business schools.
Yappy Founder and CEO Kohen Grogan has dedicated the majority of his personal wealth to philanthropic giving.
